If yes ---- then you can go to the Resolution Center within the order page and there should be a list of options to dispute, revise or cancel the order. If no ---- then you would have to contact customer service IF you cannot work something out with the seller. As others have asked, what is the story - you really didn't explain what was going on or the backstory so you can get some educated answers here. genuineguidance Posted July 16, 2021 Share Posted July 16, 2021 (edited) I would say after reading the above, you may have to contact customer service and have them cancel it for you. Why did it complete? Did you just stop pressing the cancel or revise button? Just some insight though: the seller may have thought you were trying to rip him off mainly because you mentioned you had 2 sellers working on this project - and in some cases, there are buyers here who will hire 2 or even more people to do the same job and then pick the one they like and cancel the rest. While I do not agree with how the seller talked to you in some of the messages, that may be why they became annoyed.
