Are you referring to bookmarks? If so, you can do nothing. Bookmarks are a way for users to bookmark your gig so that they can find it again later. Bookmarks have absolutely no affect on where your gig shows up in the search results.

There are two kinds of Fiverr heart reactions. One is on the Fiverr main platform where buyers can ❤️ a seller's gigs. Having hearts on your gigs has no effect on your sales. 

The other kind of heart is on the Fiverr Forum where  a 💙 is used to like what someone has posted. Those hearts do not have an effect on your Fiverr gigs either. But they do help you get points towards the badge you see beside your profile image.
