trust and safety has issue with my gig when i am providing any kind of assignments and have not mentioned any where in my gig.

You might have to wait a bit longer, because it can take upwards of 90 days for the Fiverr team to review your account. Even if you didn't do anything wrong, something must've triggered the system. But if you indeed didn't violate the ToS, I can understand this waiting period can be very frustrating!

If its really 90 days. Then making a new account seems better option. My account has also funds, less than 20$. Fiverr can keep that also.

If your account still has funds, I don't think you're able to delete your current account...

• You can't close an account when you have available funds (Fiverr Balance or Earned Revenues).  These funds must be refunded or withdrawn before the account can be closed.

If you create another account it will be only a matter of time before it will be disabled.

The gig structure is set up for tutoring but in the title you say "I will do geology related any work..." - as though you will do the work (for them) and mention helping students in the description. If it was only giving them lessons you make it would be okay I think but not doing the work for them.

Uh, no, that is not even an option IF you have read the TOS, which clearly, you did not given you offered to do assignments by the looks of what your Gig title was.

But, go ahead, open another account, just don't come back to the forum in a couple of months when you have way more than perhaps $20 in your earnings whining that they "disabled your account for no reason".
