Can we (seller) offer to customer black Friday discount for better experience on fiverr? It will be better if we arrange a button for it. What you think?

Why would you lower your price in the first place?

If you want to provide a discount, just send them a Custom Offer with your reduced rate.

Currently, creating coupons is a feature that’s only available to sellers that are part of the Seller Plus program.

If you’re not part of that program and you want to give your buyer a discount, I would just send a custom offer with a lowered price (as @looseink said).
