Then simply ignore them if you have any confusion.

If you read the request and believe they come across as honest and genuine, just click the link. It's a small effort but it could be a potential order. It can also make sense for a buyer to do this, because it gives sellers a better idea of what they want. When it's just to increase traffic that's a bummer of course but, as I said, it's not much effort to do. 

If it's a link to a Fiverr gig I'd definitely ignore it, since those people falsely believe it will boost their impressions & clicks which is useless.

AVOID the buyer's request and do NOT visit the link.

Pretty simple if you do not wish to boost them on search engines.

Heck, for all you know, this could be some yahoo on Fiverr selling "organic traffic" and this is one of the ways they are getting some unsuspecting buyer's site visits.
