Whenever you edit your gig it disappears for a bit from search, because Fiverr's team has to review the changes you made. So your account is still findable, but when buyers are browsing they might not see your gig in the search pages for a short while. So generally the advice is to change your gig as little as possible, but I think if you change solely your account it doesn't lead to any problems as far as I know. Hope that answers your question! Yeah I know, that's why I mentioned that I think changing your account won't give problems/affect your account or gig.
