It's going to be hard for someone to tell you what your description should say, because the description will be personal to your gig and your identity and energy as a seller. If you don't know where to start I would search for other gigs offering a similar service to you and take some notes. Just be sure to only take ideas and not take the wording of another sellers description. And remember you don't need to get it right straight away. I'm always updating and improving mine based on my Fiverr experience.
