Fiver account Blocked issues with my friends account

Hi My friends account got blocked out of now where , She said she used to login to her account from many PC's . I think this is can be the problem

Once the account is blocked there is no way anyone can access it. I mean neither seller herself or any buyer. Best bet here is to open a ticket in CS from your account and explain the situation to them. You can expect hard times explaining why her account was being used on many computers. Remember, fiverr account is not meant to be operated by multiple individuals.
