Files are not uploading. Do you have the same issue?

I am trying to deliver an order for 20 minutes now, and files are not uploading at all. They seemingly do, but when I try to deliver, it's not marking the order as delivered.

 

Are you guys dealing with the same issue?

Yes, it's been on and off since yesterday.

I can't even attach a file to the order page at the moment

I'm also getting a lot of timeouts on the main site and order pages

Fiverr is down for me (on the webbrowser/PC). I also sent a message earlier didn't go through it seems. I can access Fiverr through the app but it seems like there are technical issues currently. "Is it down or just me" says Fiverr web platforms seems to be down for everyone. Can someone confirm?

Hi @donnovan86, I seem to be having the same issue. The site is loading really slowly right now too and it shows that it's down every other time I refresh the page.

Looks like it's back up for me.

My order still says:  "Deliver your order", and the gig status is not set as Delivered, even though I delivered the file an hour ago. The file is showing in the chat window.

Not entirely, at least not on desktop. I can't access any of my open orders.

Yes, there are some problems. I haven't received notifications for recently completed orders, yet I saw an early payout option a while ago. I hope they fix everything soon.

Sometimes uploading on fiverr takes forever for me specially when I am using 4g in my area. Is it possible to use wetransfer or dropbox ?
