If you mean the person's actual legal name, no, you will not see it on the Fiverr app - the only thing that shows or should show is the buyer's username here.

If you are concerned about how to address someone, just use their username. Avoid "dear, bro, honey, sweetie, babe, bonehead, dude, sir, madam" etc. Those can be seen as weird or even creepy.

If you can't see the username, especially if you not using the app, you can just start and end with Hi or Hello as a form of greeting.

 

Try to avoid words like dear sir or dear madam or just dear. This may feel too intimate and u can't really tell who is a sir or madam. Profile pics are sometimes misleading. Also, people have different identities. Some people do not identify as humans or as a particular gender. Calling them a gender specific title may trigger them negatively.
