lloydsolutions Posted July 12, 2021 Share Posted July 12, 2021 (edited) If the buyer is a VID or a Business client you will see a little video camera option that will allow you to have a zoom meeting. Otherwise, refer your buyer to the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page and tell them that all communication must be through Fiverr. Just send him a message to let him know that communicating outside of Fiverr is a violation of the TOS.
