Threads cannot be transferred to other categories and they can only be deleted by requesting it specifically from a moderator. To do this look for the three dots next to the original post in this thread. Click report and ask for it to be removed. Then look for the appropriate category to post your question in. If a buyer wants their money back they have to go through support. If support finds a valid reason for it, they will be refunded and it happens to all sellers from time to time. Best to move forward and look ahead not backwards. You can make that up through gaining new sales ~

You can report your own post and ask for it to be moved to Fiverr FAQ. In the Fiverr FAQ forum you should get more responses.
