When I started the most orders, almost all the orders were made on the photo manipulation gig. After a few months I decided to change the picture of the gig as it was getting pretty now. So I changed the picture and to my surprise fiverr denied my gig giving me the reason that I used a copied image, even though I edited the image myself.

That's right.

But the OP's question here is not clear too, or to be exactly there is no question on it.

The reason why the gig denied was already explain clearly too, so what is the question?
