ID Verification Popup still showing after completing successful ID verification process

Hi. I am new seller in fiverr. About 10 days ago I receive ID Verification Popup in my dashboard , Then I successfully verified my id by using my phone yesterday (In that time it shows "id verification process is successful , we review your information. thank you.") But ID Verification Popup still showing in my dashboard . It has only 3 days left only. How can I solve the problem?

If they found any issues in the uploaded image it will appear again. The image must be very clear.

I got the same problem and uploaded the image of my driving licence after that it is okay.
