By a TRS presented at an official Fiverr event comes this slide:

I work full time on Fiverr. I am a Top Rated Seller since years. My tip is: if you want to pass away early from burnout or any other physical ailment, you should definitely put the 10000 watt bass speaker system next to your bed. My computer stays off at night. I answer mails after my first coffee.

There are dozens of relevant business components (your quality of work, proper communication skills for example), but getting up at 4 am in the morning to then answer a "hi" message. You can do it - but you won't do that long.

Staying online and waiting for orders is a waste of time.

Do something, promote your business, innovate, come up with new stuff. Sitting in front of a computer and waiting won't get you anywhere.

Ugh. The poll should have a "minimal impact" option to select.

Being online "might" result in a seller popping up in a specific search engine result where the buyer is looking for sellers who are online that very moment, but advocating being online as much as possible is truly foolishness, no matter how one tries to package it with a bow tie.
