cadlady Posted July 11, 2021 Share Posted July 11, 2021 I have been told by CS that every-time I reply/follow up on a CS request it goes down in the ticket list & delays the response.. i am waiting resolution for 10 days now. Anybody has any idea what to do? Following up actually delays the process or we have to wait for forever with no resolution? Kindly help as I'm in big trouble.
