Problem Completing a Gig

I am creating a gig (1st time) and I have run into this issue twice.  I got to this point and nothing happens after I hit publish.  What's the likely problem?  I did create a video with the gig and it says it's under review but there are no issues with it

Every gig with videos goes under review. This is from Fiverr Help and Education Center 👇🏻
 

Note: If your Gig contains a video, its status will be pending until your Gig video is reviewed. If your Gig does not contain a video, it will be labeled Active.
