You have to read what the guy wrote:

I completed 3 orders with 3 5 reviews

At first glance, it would appear he is saying he did 3 orders and got 3.5 as the review on those orders. But, if one made use of commas or actually typed a full and coherent sentence it should read:

I completed 3 orders with three 5 star reviews!

See the difference? He didn't get 3.5 as a review or reviews. So your advice is moot.
