Is it allowed to buy local articles and ship them around the world?

Hi folks!

I searched for this on the forum but couldn’t find an answer. Let’s say I’d like to ship German beer because I realized that many people around the world would like to order it and I already sent some bottles to friends in other countries.

Is it allowed to sell something I bought?

There is nothing specific in the Terms of Service precluding that, however you must have the legal right to sell the items (this is a specific rule in the Fiverr TOS). You also must be careful not to break any postal service and customs laws regarding shipping certain items into other countries. There are many laws and restrictions about shipping food and beverages, plants of any kind, living animals, chemicals and potential toxins, drugs, many electronics, and almost any liquids. And every country has its own laws.
