What are the harmful aspects of order cancellation?

Hi, I am a new freelancer at Fiverr. I want to know what are the harmful aspects of order cancellation. Hopefully help me with important information. Thank you

Often after a cancellation I have noticed that I get less inbox inquires and direct orders for my orders.  Plus you stats will take a hit. I think this is due to where Fiverr places your gig in the search pages after a cancellation. 

However, if the cancellation is because the buyer ordered by mistake you may get your stats repaired by contacting customer service and politely asking them to correct them.

In addition to what was said above, cancellations can lower your order completion rate. If your order completion rate is under 90%, you can't move on to the next level.

While you should try to work something out, there are times when there is not another option.
