Transfer funds Fiverr to payoneer

I did a transaction of 20$ last week. I press the button bank transfer on fiverr and the amount was transferred into my account directly. But I want when i press the button funds should go first in my payoneer account then from there i will transfer to my bank. Please guide me about this. Thanks

Did you mean in your Bank account? 

If the funds directly gone to your bank account instead of staying Payonner then contact with the Payonner support.
