Can I use my a payoneer account with add 2 fiverr account?

I had a fiverr account there I use my payoneer account. At the time I create new one how can I remove first account from fiverr? And also add second account payment method?

You can only have one Fiverr account. You have to delete the old one before creating a new account. One Payoneer account to one Fiverr account, an account that belongs to you or under your name.

No, you can't. If you use Multiple Fiverr account in one Payoneer account than your Fiverr account will be disabled. Fiverr doesn't want same person to use multiple account. If you want to link a new payoneer account to a fiverr account, you need to contact the CS to remove the existing payoneer account.
