Does Fiverr allow individual to create an Agency profile?

The only profile you can make is the one you have now. There is a certain set-up though that may benefit you which is called Fiverr Studio.

Although I'm not sure what your agency set-up is so maybe you'd be fine just having one account and just streamline your processes so only one or two people are handling the Fiverr account. Note that you can't have the same gigs/services if you're working under the same IP, etc.
