Oh yeah, a few sellers have mentioned this problem on the Forum before. I would just contact CS and let them know about the problem, or just leave it.

Yes. If you don't answer, your response rate will be affected. 

I contacted CS and there are 2 options:

1. Mark it as spam. 

2. Open a request with customer support. They will reset your response rate.
