This was kind of a vague question, but here’s my answer:

If you’re talking about increasing your gig ranking, check out the post called “Welcome to Fiverr 3.0” for more info on gig ranking.

If you’re talking about increasing your rank on the Forum, you have to contribute in a HELPFUL way. Meaning, you have to give useful (and truthful) advice, not just “thanks” posts. BTW, having a high rank on the Forum doesn’t give you any benefits at all (as many mods have said).

If you’re talking about your rank for your Fiverr profile, aka levels, there’s certain criteria you have to meet that can be found on the Fiverr website.

3. Sending 10 buyer requests per day
4. Stay active on fiver forum in 12 hour
5. Proper on page seo of your gig . Use the PDF
6. Do not post your gigs all over social media.
7. Seek to improve your product quality over time.
8. Learn from your competitors and what they are doing.
9. Pay attention. Be honest.

Please stop repeating these two terrible claims. Staying online -- either on Fiverr, or the forum -- for any amount of time, does NOT guarantee more orders. That is not how Fiverr, or the forums, work. Buyers can choose to hire you at any time, whether you are online or not.
