I'm not sure my live portfolio is working

I don’t believe my portfolio is working, half the time there is no option to put work in the portfolio the other half there is just a half of a button near the words “live portfolio” I click it but still I don’t think its showing up on the gig profile.

Anyone else have this, is it an IE thing?
