I'm not exactly sure what you are asking so feel free to clarify if I have not answered your question. Fiverr handles all payments and it is against Fiverr's ToS to handle payments outside of Fiverr. In summary, you are not allowed to add billing information anywhere and if you begin handling transactions outside of Fiverr you will get in trouble.
