Try to make each response relevant to the actual request instead of an obvious copy and paste response. If you're not sure how to address them, just say hello, good morning/afternoon. Don't say bro, ma'am, sir or dear like many sellers do. Make it short but concise. I can do this, it will take me this long, and will cost this much. Let them know they can contact you any time if they have any more questions. You can also ask questions if you're unsure about something in their request.

Because many buyer requests are submitted in one post. It is not possible for a client to read so many requests.
