That does happen.

I am also a writer on Fiverr.

I don't think I have experienced that in the five years I have been here.

It really depends on the Buyer.

What I mean by that, is that there are some shady Buyers out there but far more professional ones.

Use your common sense.

If something doesn't feel right, don't work for that person.

A strong buyer/seller relationship is built on trust.
There is risk on both sides.

I'm a voice actor and I don't watermark, nor edit my audio deliveries.
I have found that being the first party to extend the hand of trust, is the best way to have a fantastic relationship with your clients.

I have only had 1 buyer out of my 440+ orders that wasn't satisfied and demanded a cancellation.
I do feel this buyer kept and used my audio, however I am not going to let that one out of several hundred successful orders to cause me to quit extending that hand of trust.
