Is here any option to change the Username twice?

No, there is none. The username you've chosen at the start will be the username til the end unless you delete and deactivate your account. Note that you can only have one account, so if you ever want to change your username, delete this account first.

Why do you want to open a new account?

You are only supposed to have one account. So, what happens when you open a new one and have to verify your ID? And your ID is linked to this account? Or you attempt to use the same payment method? I will tell you, Fiverr will ban both accounts.

Only thing you can do is contact Fiverr support and ask them if you can shut down this account and create a new one.

But, again, I would wonder why you would need or want to do this?
