maezma85 Posted July 4, 2021 Share Posted July 4, 2021 HI, I believe that you should not ignore the buyers, I have seen that even the most difficult customer, if you serve them in a friendly way, softens. You just have to be careful with what you offer so that no one commits abuse of your services. For example, do not offer unlimited reviews, only the amount with which you feel comfortable or guarantees of returns because Fiverr is ultimately the one who will solve that and by writing it you encourage buyers to want to cancel at the slightest disagreement and for that, there is the rating system. 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There are a lot of people asking for the whole universe done for 5$, asking for unlimited revisions and exploiting sellers. Don't fall for the promise of future work, it might happen it might not but having the first order is about building trust on both sides.
