You can't change it before deleting the gig and make it newly.

A few years ago I changed my gig title. Per usual, Fiverr kept my old URL. I was worried about losing orders but it hasn't affected anything at all. Don't worry if your title and URL don't match 100%. Most times people look at the title anyway!

Can I draft on google sheet for buyer request message? Then copy from google sheet the message and paste on fiverr buyer request message box.

Could you please advise this process whether it is ok for fiverr rules.

 While there is nothing stopping you from using a copy/paste method to respond to a BR (not against the ToS), the likelihood of 'winning the bid' drops significantly if you don't have at least a partially custom offer that shows you read the Request.

How can I change my gig URL title? I mean is there any way to change it? I mean that type of change “https://www.fiverr.com/users/make-an-amazing-2-or-1-side-business-card” to another one.

You can change your gig title if you want but you can never change the old gig URL of your previous gig. If you want to change your old URL, then delete the gig and renew it.

Of course you can, but personalised message is always better than a copy paste. 
I once posted a buyer request and only 2 sellers from 100 really read what I needed and sent a personalised message with questions for clarifications and actually proposing something that would improve my request and not just blindly follow my directions.

Links (URL) are permanent, once you created a gig its already taken a gig Url's. If you want to change it again then I think you need to delete the gig and upload a new gig in stead of that.

What you can do more:

• Change the title as many times you want
• Change the gig packages as per your preferences
• Change the tags, gigs description & images & pdf documents.

* Note: [ you cannot change gig category and URL ] two are permanent
