Affiliate commission not paid

Hi.. My name is Amash Khan. I am a new fiverr affiliate. I referred my friend to join fiverr business and to buy gigs from fiverr business as he just started a startup. He bought some gigs from my refferal link but I didn't get my commission. I don't know what to do, I contacted fiverr affiliate teams for this issue but I didn't get any response from them.
