I got mail of “Your account has been disabled” the service you’re offering harm the intergrity of our market place

Hi all,

I am receiving this from Fiverr's:

Unfortunately we had to remove your Gig teach you operating systems concepts due to the following reason/s:
 
  • By partaking in doing someone else's academic work (which is likely to be submitted as the student's own work) or engaging in acts of plagiarism/unauthorized copying is a violation of schools’ Honor Codes, and constitutes copyright infringement. This behavior can lead to the suspension or expulsion of students. Fiverr does not allow this type of fraudulent activity, and it is not permitted on our platform. Then the account was disabled (see below)

We reviewed your Gigs and have determined that the services you are offering harm the integrity of our marketplace and violate our Community Standards and our Terms of Service. As a result, your Fiverr account was disabled. This decision was taken after careful consideration and cannot be reversed.

Due to your account being disabled, you cannot log in or withdraw any funds you may have.
If you have any funds available for withdrawal, in 90 days from now, you will receive an email with instructions explaining how to withdraw these funds.

This email will be sent automatically and there is no need to contact Customer Support.

 

I had a gig about teaching operating systems concepts and theory, and I was asked to translate the description to English, which was done. Few days later the account was gone knowing that I do specify clearly on the description of the Gig that I don't do someone else's homework and I was rejecting so many customers asking for such services.

I don't understand!

I will not be concerned.

I previously received a similar email and under Review before, the gig in question was 1. writing a personal statement for refugees, 2. writing gig description (for other sellers).

I was left puzzled but it turned out not to be serious.

Contact the Customer Service for specific reasons.

However, you cannot place or receive new orders nor can you communicate with users, other than your Buyers/Sellers within an existing and active order. This decision was taken after careful consideration and cannot be reversed.

The services that I'm offering is not against Fiverr TOS, however the same services are providing by other seller that are level 2 or top rated seller.

For how long your account was under review? What was the violation done by you?

You definitely did something wrong, that is the reason why Fiverr support team will review the case in details. Please do not share your personal information with a buyer like email or phone number. However, it is very important to keep the marketplace safe by following their TOS 🙂

did you get back your account?
i am facing same problem.
