azadfardin01
Yes, cancellation affects your profile. If you cancel an order, your Order Completion won't be 100% anymore. If you want to maintain your level, you have to keep the Order Completion above 90%. Stats are really important for your gig's ranking. However, Order Completion is calculated over the last 60 days, so it will get back up to 100% if you avoid cancelling more orders. I had to cancel 3 orders over the span of 6 months, one of them was for personal issues, while the other two happened because the buyers didn't have a clear idea of what they were actually looking for, and I felt like I was wasting my time by doing more revisions. But even after cancelling these three orders, I kept receiving new orders every now and then. So as long as you don't overuse this feature, your gig is probably going to be alright. Probably not , also if it's the buyers fault and there is proof for that you can always contact support and ask them to cancel the order without affecting your account .. this applies only if it's the buyers fault. 14 minutes ago, azadfardin01 said: had to cancel 3 orders over the span of 6 months just 3 cancelled orders in 6 months... you are surely lucky 😄 9

The elementor page builder is not loading and i'm thinking of cancelling the project. I'm scared of the negative effect it's gonna have on my account, but i just can't keep hurting my self mentally as i keep thinking of several means tp get this done but no result. I have tried all the possible means to get this done, but all is futile 7
fastcopywriter
A cancellation might get your gigs banned from promoted gigs. This is temporary, but it can last weeks or months. 7
saadakbar1001
Yes a cancellation from buyers' end will affect your account but If you both agree on cancelling the order or the buyer mistakenly ordered you then you can contact customer support to cancel the order, It'll not affect in that case 6
designer_luxury
Yes, buyer cancellation your order get a negative impact on your gig also your profile. But, always try to cancel your order through resolution center. Then your cancel not more harmful than direct cancel. If any buyer want a cancel from you. Just you cancel his request. Go to resolution center, then you just sent him your own cancellation if he want or you want to.
