Buyer order with no supporting material, support has gone silent on the issue

Dear good people,

Please help. A buyer gave an order with no basic requirement such as the content to be uploaded. I wrote to customer support and they have not taken action. Delivery time has elapsed. What am I supposed to do?

You can send the buyer a request to extend the time and try to work things out or request the CS to cancel the order.

The buyer has never been online, therefore all my messages have not been answered. I emailed the CS they told me to wait and they will cancel when few hours are remaining. I have written a series of emails but no answer again. Am confused.

Once in a while you may encounter unresponsive buyers. As annoying as it can be, it is best to let go before it affects your account.

Your best bet would be CS cancel your order and your cancellation rate not be affected. Good luck.

It's a really good idea to add some order requirements, things the buyer has to add before the order can be started. Then if they order and don't add supporting documents or materials the order stays in incomplete mode and the delivery time countdown doesn't start. You can do this by editing your gig.
