I wrote to customer support and they have not taken action. Delivery time has elapsed. What am I supposed to do? I emailed the CS they told me to wait and they will cancel when few hours are remaining. I have written a series of emails but no answer again. Am confused. ligiacarvalho Posted July 2, 2021 Share Posted July 2, 2021 Once in a while you may encounter unresponsive buyers. As annoying as it can be, it is best to let go before it affects your account. leannelrivers Posted July 2, 2021 Share Posted July 2, 2021 It's a really good idea to add some order requirements, things the buyer has to add before the order can be started. Then if they order and don't add supporting documents or materials the order stays in incomplete mode and the delivery time countdown doesn't start.
