Buyer order with no supporting material, support has gone silent on the issue

You can send the buyer a request to extend the time and try to work things out or request the CS to cancel the order.

Once in a while you may encounter unresponsive buyers. As annoying as it can be, it is best to let go before it affects your account.

Your best bet would be CS cancel your order and your cancellation rate not be affected. Good luck.

It's a really good idea to add some order requirements, things the buyer has to add before the order can be started. Then if they order and don't add supporting documents or materials the order stays in incomplete mode and the delivery time countdown doesn't start. You can do this by editing your gig.
