Underage customer

Hello a  guy who is 12 years old order my service what should i do? 
i know to use fiver u have to be at least 13 years old

It's against the ToS for him to use Fiverr, best thing would be to not proceed with his order, but of course cancelling it or delaying would affect your profile.

I suggest you contact customer support and ask them how to proceed, before taking any action.

You should wait until you are 13, have a valid ID to be able to verify and then start working. Take the time to improve your skills and prepare yourself for when the time comes.

You will not be able to work under the age of 13.

He's saying that a 12 years old kid ordered something from one of his gigs, not that he's 12 himself. Check his profile, he's 22.

Oh my apologies, I misunderstood the OP’s age.

Still, it is against TOS (as you mentioned) to use Fiverr services under age of 13.

This Site is offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13 you may not use this Site or the Fiverr services.

@desmonndd, are you so sure your buyer is a 12-year-old kid? If you are and have any proof of it, just contact CS, explain them the situation and ask them to kindly cancel the order for you without affecting your stats, since it is against Fiverr's TOS to do business on Fiverr under the age of 13.
