Feedback button not working

Is there any issue with feedback submission button? I took a client on Facebook and asked him to place his order on fiverr. After completing his work when he was writing feedback but the submit button was not working for him. why  is this happened? Is there any issue with my account?

The Feedback button will show when you write a comment about the buyer ‍(at least 10 character)

I don't know for sure, but if I had to guess, maybe emoji are not permitted?

Buyer is unable to submit his feedback at first
