Which service to ask for if I want to let create an online course from one creative here

my question is:

i do have content for an online course. I need help with the design and the technical stuff , for the whole creation of an online course. where can I find this service?What to ask for? the content is in German. thank you very much

You can create a post in Buyer's Request advertising for the services of a person to do the technical side of the online course creation. You can get to Buyer Requests by making sure you are using the 'Switch to Buying' tab and then in the dropdown menu under your profile choose 'Post a request.'
