My gigs are disappeared from search and can't be promoted.

My gigs were performing well and were on the 1st page with s few specific KW. Also, my 3 of my gigs were available for promotion. But all of a sudden my gigs are disappeared from the search also can't be promoted it says that *Not promotable (Unqualified). Gigs are all active and no issue at all. What should I do at this moment? Have anyone faced such an issue before? I would like to hear from the members here.
