creating paypal account without credit card

hello, i'd like to ask you fine gents/ ladies in fiverr community.I am from indonesia,where its people here are very seldom using credit card as daily basis payment method.So if i want to become a buyer here in fiverr , could i  make a paypal account without having to submit credit card numbers? Is there any other options ? or can i submit my debit card numbers instead?  .  i wish somebody could give me a valid answer regarding this matter.because i have been having problem creating my paypal account. thank you

To verify Paypal you can do it with a credit or debit card. You also have the option of Payoneer to be able to collect your winnings on Fiverr.
