Inbox Response Rate shows nothing

One of my recent client placed an order without having any conversation. I haven't responded anything to it and just submitted the order in time. From then my inbox response rate is showing nothing. Any idea? 
How can I get it back?

It could be a glitch.

I know mine was incorrect for quite some time then it correctly itself.
