Unreasonable Cancellation
For each of the questions, I require an ANSWER!
1. Why was the order canceled without my consent?
2. Why was the order canceled?
3. Who will pay me for my work?
4. Who compensates me for moral damage?
5. What penalty will the buyer receive?
6. Why can't I find out about the reasons for the cancellation?

RESPOND STRICTLY ON ITEMS !!!

I posted a request today.
The agent told me that the buyer has the right to cancel the order only in 1 CASE:
"" VIOLATION OF DELIVERY TIME ""
I delivered my order on time.
I warned about the inadequacy of the client.
Do you understand what you have done? : - you allowed
STEAL MY JOB !!!
I DEMAND A MONEY BACK BECAUSE YOU BREACH HUMAN RIGHTS TO PAY FOR THE WORK.

I DEMAND URGENTLY CONTACT YEN WITH YOUR MANAGEMENT TO RESOLVE THE FINANCIAL ISSUE.

And the fattest point: In the message about order cancellation, you offer to find out the reasons for the cancellation.
But the "click here" button is NOT AVAILABLE !!!

Did you get a notification of Fiverr CS cancelled that order?  If not that may be chargeback case!

In case fiverr CS cancelled that order there must be a reason that they can explain you when you reach to them,

If Its chargeback you can still open a ticket for that with fiverr CS and they may compensate you for your work,

Buyer got their account block if its charge back for no reason!

I guess all questions are answered with that !! But you need to take a step to get an actual resolution bye opening a ticket with fiverr CS.

What are you talking about ... of course I contacted and filed a REPORT for messages in which the buyer CHANTAGED ME WITH CANCELING AND RATING.
The support service responds in the same way every time! Then marks my request as "SOLVED"
People wipe their pants in vain at work, and they deeply care whether I HAVE PROBLEMS OR NOT!
I am outraged and will bring this case to a lawsuit.

I am not talking about reporting him for his messages and blackmailing you, what I am asking is did they give you the reason for cancellation ?

You know buyer alone can not cancel order him self unless its charge back or fiverr CS cancelled it on his behalf ?

El agente me dijo que el comprador tiene derecho a cancelar el pedido solo en 1 CASO:
"" VIOLACIÓN DEL TIEMPO DE ENTREGA ""
Entregué mi pedido a tiempo.
Advertí sobre la insuficiencia del cliente.
¿Entiendes lo que has hecho? : -
permitiste ROBAR MI TRABAJO !!!
DEMANDO UNA DEVOLUCIÓN DE DINERO PORQUE VIOLAS LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS DE PAGAR EL TRABAJO.

EXIGO CONTACTAR URGENTEMENTE A YEN CON SU ADMINISTRACIÓN PARA RESOLVER EL PROBLEMA FINANCIERO.

Y el punto más gordo: en el mensaje sobre la cancelación del pedido, se ofrece a averiguar los motivos de la cancelación.
Pero el botón "haga clic aquí" NO ESTÁ DISPONIBLE !!!

Did you send a ticket to support stating your problem? Maybe they can check in more depth and give you more accurate information on the subject. Anyway, I think that Fiverr should adjust certain things regarding cancellations. If you delivered the work on time then the buyer should not have been able to cancel the order directly and I think they owe you a minimal explanation.
