Bug related to Fiverr cash advance

I believe clearance can take over a week. For example, on a project I recently completed Fiverr suggests that the payment will not be cleared for two weeks since the approval date. You should see a date next to the funds which say "clearing", this gives you a guide on when your earnings will be cleared.

Yes but i gig early clearance for 3 transactions yet it did not add to fiverr cash advance balance

That is really strange, i am also waiting for update from customer care team. It took me around 3-4 follow ups to explain the exact issue but after that no revert from customer care.

Haha! It's been 3 weeks now, but no resolution yet. Keeping my fingers crossed it's gonna be any time soon.

Okay now i am sure they are aware of this issue 😄,i am waiting since 12 days far behind your waiting time.

They are, but I don't know what's taking them so long! The CS person I'm talking to said that another team is handling the cash advance feature, that's why they (CS) can't do anything about it. I told her she can probably follow up with that other team, but she didn't seem too keen about it. LOL!

I had this issue back in May. I contacted CS and eventually, the final $2.78 was debited from my balance.

How long did customer care take to resolve this issue?Did you take " fiverr cash advance" again?

It took awhile. I’d say a few weeks. I haven’t seen the cash advance option since then however. I think it’s having some kinks ironed out.
