colevonia Posted June 30, 2021 Share Posted June 30, 2021 I paid for an order through paypal and the seller did not receive the order and they showed me proof and its not on my profile either. I got an email where the payment was successful from paypal. When it was "processing" i did get a "this is taking awhile check back" messsge but it took the money so i thought it was fine. The only thing you can do about it is contact customer support and report your issue. They'll do your favor if that actually was a bug in the platform.
