Glad to hear this....
My profile url is ********** and I am facing same issue when trying to communicate with other seller. I have been marked for advt my business in message once....but trust me I was just trying to promote my Fiverr Affiliate service to him. I was not aware it will go against community guideline as it was fiverr program itself.
Kindly give me a resolution as I promise, I will not repeat the same mistake in future.

Your profile has been restricted because of 2 warnings you got the first day you made your account. What you offer is considered as spam, because you don't have gigs or are interested in Fiverr business. A user can promote his own gigs on social media. Anyway, you can try to explain and send email to support@fiverr.com.

as the title says, the last couple of minutes, even my inbox was empty, and whenever i try to see my options of withdrawal wether through bank or card, it returns em to the first page with the error " Something went wrong, please try again. " Both in red on the top and in the page, now my inbox has been solved, I still get the same error with Withdrawing money, It's My first time Please help

This issue happens to me a lot.

I was able to solve it by having multiple withdrawal methods set up. Just a few minutes ago, I tried a withdrawal via PayPal (which failed). So I immediately tried the Bank Transfer via Payoneer, and that went through (see below). If one method doesn't work, the other one usually does, too.

If none of the methods work, you can reach out to Customer Support as @theratypist suggests, and try withdrawing at different times. Sometimes Fiverr's site gets buggy.
