"Something went wrong. Please try again." kind of message each time

Hello Fiverr friends, i have been facing this issue from few days that my inbox keep saying "Something went wrong, try refreshing the page" and messages are rarely sent on desktop, while working perfectly on mobile app. i haven't install any extension or ad blocker, why facing this issue/ try clearing cache still same issue. is anyone having same situation? will be waiting for your solutions

A buyer wanted to extend the due date on an order and I sent the client an extension, which they accepted, but it did not extend the date. I tried to deliver the order with a blank document just so the order wont be marked late, but when I try to deliver it says "Something went wrong, please try again".

 

It also says the same when trying to open the resolution center.

 

Anyone else having the same problem?

That means you broke the Fiverr TOS and you are prone to receive a warning at the very least.

Regarding the order, I had something similar before, not exactly this situation, but the order was bugged and it did not go through, eventually it got canceled because there was nothing else to do. And needless to say I delivered the content via a message, so I lost time on it too.

Just for extra clarification, the delivery was not 100% blank, it did have an attached article to it.

 

I was able to deliver a document, thus marking the order and delivered, however the resolution center is still not working.

Yes, at least extensions are not working at all. I can confirm, I wanted to extend an order, the customer was online but it just doesn't work at all to extend any order for now. Hopefully it does work later today..

This is just crazy .. I have the same issue on three laptops and my phone ! can someone please let me know how to fix this ? I literrary bought new MBA for my colllege and hoping that this will solve the problem and this site worked properly just once since !!! what's going on ?
