What does it mean? Is this something that made by yourself?

No, dear it is not made by myself. It is a simple mater to analysis. Let me clear.  As it is a international market place so there are different  work time zone for different countries . So if anyone send proposal for different times he can reach the different countries buyer. And proposal accepting ratio will possible up then. Do i made clear now?

Idk is there any section like you said.

You are in fiverr just 2 months. There are some seller who gets their first order after 6 months even 1 year later. So don't lose hope. Keep patience and that time try to improve your skill.

I concur and agree with @shadiya646 ... I had created my Gig in May'20 ..and finally got my first order in Nov'20.

Later when I discovered forum and started reading - I realized that there are so many threads about new sellers expecting orders within few days!!

I believe "Beginners Luck" is something which we all need to start a journey and when it will bless us, no one can predict! We generally seek and desire for "Instant Gratification" but anything worthwhile in life always comes from having patience & believing in "Delayed Gratification"

So @freelancerarif8 Be persistent with your efforts like many others have suggested, keep improvising your gig & replying to Buyer Requests and most importantly keep faith in own abilities!!

You will shine through.. Good Luck! 🙂

The correct advice is always the same.

Make the best gigs you can (images, tags, copy, good niche with demand and that you are skilled in, etc.)

Promote it (on social media, in person, etc.) only when it makes sense to do so (for most people that's between rarely and almost never)

And then wait for clients while you iterate on the gig and develop your skills.

Do not stay online 24/7

Do not waste your time on buyer requests, specially if you're not fluent in English. It will be pointless, spend that time improving your English instead.

Do not spam the forums to increase your level, it won't generate a single sale.

Do not believe a word about "ranks", "sales", etc. from YouTube tutorials, quora replies, and the general garbage people get fed on social media painting Fiverr as some kind of easy money making method.
