Order completion rate is decrease

Hi all,

My order completion rate is decrease day by day even I have completed 5 order after cancellation of of 1 order can any one help me why this happened.

Order completion rate is based on the last 60 days. Check the number of orders in the last 60 days, do the math (it's elementary school math, so pretty much everyone should be able to calculate it), and see if the percentage is correct. If it's not, you can try to contact Customer Support and ask them if there's a bug.
