There is no such thing as gig ranking on Fiverr. Your gig placement is not permanent. The search page results are different when you search and when someone else searches, it's tailored based on many factors.

Fiverr doesn’t say what metrics or how their search works. In the past they said that it depends on your gig performance and your general account performance. However there are other factors that they are not disclosing and it looks like their algorithm is constantly changing.
